At SJ Fitness and Health, we understand that every individual has unique fitness goals. Our bespoke 1:1 8 week Personal Training Programmes are designed to meet your long and short term goals, ensuring that you get the most out of your workouts. Each individual plan will include:

The Work Out Plan

We will meet once or twice a week (depending on your chosen plan)  in person to work out in the gym.


We will create a tailored plan just for you that suits your lifestyle structured towards your goals to give you the tools to succeed and find balance within your day to day activities i.e. work/life/family balance.


Plans can be gym specific or home based ensuring you get the most out of your workouts and 8 week plan but all 1:1 sessions will be done in our fully kitted out gym for the best results.

Nutritional Guidance

Nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving your fitness goals. At SJ Fitness and Health, we provide expert nutrition advice to complement your training regimen, helping you fuel your body for success.  Our in house app and plans includes Smart Meal Plans with set the macro goals, meal tracking, meal planning, grocery lists,  photo food journaling and more tools to help you understand your eating habits, builds better food relationships and education on food choices to help you see your becoming a more healthier person.
