We provide a free 30 minute consultation so you can chat about where you are now, the results you’re looking to achieve, any special occasions you have upcoming and discuss how SJ Fitness and Health will help you achieve them. We also look at your current health and past medical history too.
Yes, all of our personal trainers are certified by nationally recognised and insured. They have the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Yes, We can tailor the programme to your own specific needs and ability giving you the tools to succeed in the gym from the start.
The frequency of your workouts depends on your fitness goals and current fitness level. We recommend at least 3-4 workouts per week for optimal results.
Yes. We do offer payment plans on a monthly basis.
It depends on the severity of the injury. We recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any exercise program. If cleared, our personal trainers can modify your workouts to accommodate your injury.
Yes your check in is important as this is where we can make changes to your nutritional or training plan if needed. Although we take photos every 2 weeks and body measurements every 4 weeks. this allows us to visual see change and allows time for progression to happen
